Ending The Week Back In The Natural World

Some shots captured near the end of the week at Rancho Santa Ana Botanic Garden which is operated by Pomona College in Claremont, California.  Everything in these pictures is indigenous to California.

I have started learning and developing my HDR (high dynamic range) imaging skills, all of the images posted today and previously this week, have been products of HDR.  Here is another version of the image above using these techniques:

All images could not have been created without my collaborator, Judy Frost.

Hey, thanks for the comment, Michael. Your people photos are great, it is not easy getting shots of people that look natural as opposed to very posed, If this is all class work, I think you have a great future in photography.

Jan Brewer is oh so glad to know that everything in these photos is “indigenous” and not “alien” to California of these United States of America! ;-D>

And the photos are gorgeous, Ollie. Nice work.
